==== Bring your own maps into the game ====

The Settlers offer the possibility to create own maps for the two addons ** Nebelreich ** and ** Legenden **. The maps are files with the extension **. S5x ** and must be in the correct folder to be displayed in the game.

Search for the installation directory of settlers. For a standard installation, the path could be e.g. as follows:
<code> C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Bluebyte\THE SETTLERS - HERITAGE OF KINGS - Gold Edition </code>
There you will find the folders ** extra1 ** and ** extra2**.

If Settler has been running in the background, Settler must be restarted to see the cards in the list of Free Games.
